Events Workspace Queues:
Within the Events Workspace, we have the same standard queue types from the CRM workspaces but also added are two new queues types:
- Placeholder Calendars
- Individual Links
All Queues within the Events workspace can be used by your Reps to book meetings thru the Chili Piper Instant Booker for themselves or a team member, can be used to book meetings from your website, and can be used via 1-1 email communication and/or email marketing campaigns.
All of these queues and the bookings therein can be access from the Check-In Calendar as well.
Another exciting addition to every queue is the ability to associate meeting rooms to the bookings within every queue. You can decide to enable certain meeting rooms for some users/queues which having another set for other users/queue.
Here's a short Video Overview for setting up an example queue:
Available Queue Types
Meetings are assigned to users in the queue based on a flexible round robin algorithm. The next assignee to receive a meeting (user with the fewest number of meetings) is highlighted. A booker has the ability to select other assignees in the queue as well.
Add rules to this queue so you can segment what leads are assigned to who based on any field in SFDC.
Prioritize Routing Based on Ownership:
Meetings are assigned based on ownership in Salesforce. You can route off of lead, account, contact, or opp owner.
Need to have a sales rep and solutions engineer pair included for every meeting? Invite multiple users to the same meeting automatically taking into account their availability.
Create individual links for your reps to add to their signatures, send to prospects, etc. These links are just like their personal booking links but these will be tied to the event dates and times allowing for proper scheduling and tracking.
Don’t know who is attending your event yet? Want to be strategic about who you assign events to later? Use the placeholder queue! Placeholder queues allow prospects to book meetings onto a “placeholder” calendar where the meetings can be reassigned later - either in a round robin fashion or one by one to ensure the appropriate rep is receiving the meeting.
